Our Vision

We serve two parts of a market:

First, companies have historically put a ton of resources into landing new C-Level executives only to find out that they get burned out quick on the basic fixes that need to take place in the first quarter.  If you are searching for a new CRO, something clearly wasn't working.  And while that incredible operator you just found would be what you ultimately want, they don't want to burn political capital and early energy on problems that have been around for years.  They sign up, come onboard, burn out and leave.  BrickBridges was built to solve that problem.

   

Second, the gig economy has hit the C-Suite.  Executives are tired of the long term commit.  They want to be exposed to new ideas, new industries, new leaders, new teams once they have established themselves.  And some of them have taken breaks from the grind and want to jump back in, but not the same way.  They want to work when they are available, ready and willing to take on a new gig.  It is a valuable segment in the world that is being underleveraged.  BrickBridges was built for them.
